• Abstract submission deadline: Friday, 31st October 2025, 5pm

• All abstracts must be submitted using our abstract template and structure the abstract to clearly state: the Background and aims, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.

• Select a theme that best describes the topic of your abstract.

• Submit the abstract as a Word document through the WAMM 2025 Google Form with the following filename:

Filename: Lastname_INITIAL_WAMM2025_Abstract.docx

(e.g. Smith_J_WAMM2025_Abstract.docx)

• Ensure your abstract submission is less than 350 words (title, affiliations and references excluded) or it will not be reviewed.

• Submissions will be peer-reviewed by the ASM-WA committee with presentation outcomes and further instructions notified by email shortly after the submission deadline.
