  • Abstract submission deadline: Monday, 12th October 2026, 5pm (AWST).

  • All abstracts must be submitted using our abstract template and structure the abstract to clearly state: Background and Aims, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.

  • Ensure your abstract submission is less than 350 words (title, affiliations and references excluded) or it will not be reviewed.

  • List no more than three keywords that best describes the topic of your abstract.

  • Submit the abstract as a Word document through the Dropbox link provided in the WAMM 2026 Google Form with the following filename:

Filename: Lastname_INITIAL_WAMM2026_Abstract.docx

(e.g. Smith_J_WAMM2026_Abstract.docx)

  • Submissions will be peer-reviewed by the ASM WA WAMM organising committee with presentation outcomes and further instructions notified by email shortly after the submission deadline.
